Design Director for Blenko Glass from 1995 to 2002. Carter received a BA from Anderson University in Indiana in 1994, and since 2008 has overseen the development and installation of public art around the City of Albuquerque, where he is based. Carter has worked in a variety of media including glass, ceramics, and photography.
